We want you to be confident ordering from Wilcon Industries. This policy explains how returns and cancellations are handled for standard and custom products.
1. Standard (Stock) Products
Standard, non-custom stock items (e.g., select TC accessories, fittings, and refractory materials) may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
- You contact us in advance at sales@wilconindustries.com or 951-471-0066 to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Proof of purchase is provided
Restocking fees may apply. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Wilcon error or defective product. A restocking fee of up to twenty-five percent (25%) of the invoice price may apply. All returns are at Wilcon’s discretion and apply to standard stock items only.
2. Custom-Built Products
Because thermocouples, sheathed assemblies, and other items are frequently manufactured or configured to customer-specific specifications, custom-built and made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-cancelable once production has begun, except where the product does not conform to the agreed specifications or is found to be defective. This includes any product cut, drilled, sheathed, assembled, calibrated, or otherwise modified or configured to your order.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or does not match your order, contact us within ten (10) days of delivery at sales@wilconindustries.com or 951-471-0066. We will arrange for inspection, repair, replacement, or credit as appropriate, subject to review of the order specifications and any applicable certificate of conformance.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders for standard stock items may be canceled prior to shipment. Orders involving custom manufacturing may not be canceled once production has commenced, given the specialized materials and labor involved.
5. Return Process
- Contact Wilcon at sales@wilconindustries.com or 951-471-0066 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Ship the item back with the RA number clearly marked, in original packaging where possible.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund, credit, or replacement per this policy.
Items returned without a prior RA number may be refused or subject to delay.
