- Order information: billing and shipping details, purchase history, and product specifications needed to fulfill custom orders.

- Process and fulfill orders, including custom manufacturing
- Provide calibration certificates and quality documentation where applicable

Wilcon does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Wilcon does not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

- Shipping carriers and payment processors, solely to fulfill your order

5. Cookies and Analytics
The Site uses cookies to support shopping cart functionality, remember preferences, and gather analytics. We use Google Site Kit, a WordPress plugin that connects the Site to Google services, including:

We retain customer and order information as needed to fulfill orders, meet quality/traceability record requirements (including those associated with AS9100 and ISO 9001), and comply with legal obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at sales@wilconindustries.com. You may unsubscribe from newsletters or marketing emails at any time using the link provided in those emails.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
