Description
MGO (Magnesium Oxide) mineral-insulated thermocouples are built for durability in demanding industrial environments, from heat treat furnaces to aerospace forgings. The thermocouple is compacted with MgO insulation inside a metal sheath (Inconel, stainless steel, or other alloys available). This provides excellent electrical insulation and resistance to vibration, moisture, and mechanical stress, even at high temperatures.
Available with standard male plugs, flying leads, or custom termination styles, and in diameters from 1/16″ to 1/2″. Every unit is manufactured and calibrated under Wilcon’s AS9100 & ISO 9001 quality system, with full traceability documentation available. Please specify length and diameter.
